Roles and Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, label, and validate data from email panels and AI-generated datasets to maintain high levels of accuracy and reliability.
- Track and analyze data trends across various merchants and vendors, identifying patterns, categorizing emails, and uncovering meaningful insights.
- Monitor merchant and vendor data performance, investigate irregularities, and resolve issues such as unexpected spikes or drops in data volume.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in the United States and China to ensure data consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to requests and inquiries from analysts and clients, providing accurate and actionable data support.
- Adhere to company data security standards and confidentiality policies, ensuring sensitive information is handled responsibly at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in computer science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field are preferred.
- 0 – 2 years of experience as a data or quality assurance analyst;
- Experience in data tagging, cleaning, or Regex
- Experience managing multiple processes in parallel
- Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python are a plus.
- Familiar with accounting standards, able to distinguish the company’s accounting categories, and understand the company’s accounting records, preferably with experience using mainstream ERP systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, or QBO.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a remote team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams across time zones and cultures
