Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist members with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Educate customers about Dario’s products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Perform additional support-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills.
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using web-based platforms, mobile applications, and technology tools.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish is a plus.
Remote Work Requirements
To work successfully from home, candidates must have:
- A quiet and distraction-free home office setup.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least:
