About the Role
As an ARC Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting financial reporting activities, resolving complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering accurate statutory and group reporting. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors to maintain high standards of financial operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support large and complex business entities by understanding their operations and financial environment.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including ledger entries, journal postings, and fixed asset accounting.
- Assist in preparing statutory accounts and tax-related analyses.
- Coordinate with statutory tax teams and external auditors when required.
- Monitor and follow up on open and overdue financial items.
- Review reports prepared by Account Executives and provide feedback when necessary.
- Resolve complex accounting issues or escalate them appropriately.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Help customers understand general ledger and group reporting processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders across different functions and locations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members when required.
