Key Responsibilities
As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting and securing the organization’s SaaS and cloud environments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) solutions.
- Monitoring user activity logs across applications like O365, Entra ID, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others.
- Using Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB) to detect and prevent security threats.
- Implementing security best practices based on frameworks like NIST and CIS.
- Creating automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
- Enhancing cloud security in Azure environments.
- Collaborating with IT and Information Security teams to strengthen overall security posture.
Required Skills
Candidates with the following skills will have an advantage:
- Knowledge of SaaS Security, SSPM, and CASB.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender Suite and Sentinel.
- Understanding of Defender XDR and Cloud Apps.
- PowerShell, Python, and KQL scripting skills.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud (AWS knowledge is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with O365 and Entra ID environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
