About the Role
As an Operations Analyst – Credentialing, you will work with the team lead to manage daily credentialing operations, including provider licenses, credentials, and payer enrollment applications. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth operational processes and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information related to healthcare provider licensure and continuing medical education requirements in the United States.
- Complete provider credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment applications on behalf of CertifyOS customers.
- Validate and verify information updated on the credentialing and licensing platform while ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and clients via email to obtain required information and documentation.
- Support new client implementations and operational monitoring projects.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate guideline documents based on research findings.
- Assist with additional operational and administrative projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent research skills, particularly using Google and online resources.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
