Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day customer credit evaluations with guidance from the manager.
- Review credit exposure for new and existing customers using D&B reports and other financial data.
- Assist in understanding and managing open credit terms.
- Handle a high volume of daily customer requests efficiently.
- Maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks and processes.
- Identify and report potential fraud trends involving new customers.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Create and manage logs for customer registration outcomes.
- Support additional accounting and credit-related activities assigned by the Credit Supervisor or Credit Manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Credit or Collections is advantageous.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and risk mitigation is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
